Human Resource Integrated Systems Portal
Currently, there are ten (10) applications under the following HR systems: the Recruitment, Selection, and Placement (RSP), Performance Management (PM), Learning and Development (LD), and Rewards and Recognition (RR). All these systems are linked to NAMRIA’s corporate database that houses all agency personnel information.

Descriptions
Competency-Based Assessment Management System (CBAMS)
The CBAMS is an online system aims to assess employee's technical, core/universal, leadership and cross-cutting competencies with the required level of competencies for his/her position. The assessment may be used as basis for the implementation of HR initiatives on professional development programs; recruitment, selection, and placement; career development; and performance appraisal.

Daily Journal Information System (DJIS)
The DJIS records the daily activities of each employee. It helps employees in the accomplishment of their Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) by providing them a summary of their activities and outputs by the end of every semester. Likewise, it also helps middle managers to monitor the activities and accomplishments of their staff. This system is accessible to all NAMRIA employees.

Distinction/Rewards & Recognition Report Generator (DRRRG)
The DRRRG is a facility to generate list of recipients of specific distinction, rewards, and recognition. This is accessible to HRDS.

electronic - Personal Data Sheet (e-PDS)
The e-PDS is a facility for updating the Personal Data Sheet of the agency employees and printing of CS Form 212. This is accessible to all employees.

Learning and Development Management System (LDMS)
The LDMS is a facility to generate list of trainings, seminars, and workshops attended by employees. The report can help the HRDS in competency assessment and training management for individual development planning. This is accessible to HRDS only.

NAMRIA Viewer - Pay Slip (NVPS)
The NAMRIA Viewer: Pay Slip is web application aims to automate the delivery of pay slips to every employee and maintain the privacy and confidentiality of each employee's earnings and deductions information. This is accessible to all employees.

Nomination List Generator (NLG)
The NLG provides a facility to generate the list of qualified employees, as initial nominees, for a training, scholarship or other L&D intervention based on the requirements specified in the invitation. The employees’ qualifications will be cross-checked from the HRIS database: Electronic Personal Data Sheet (ePDS), L&D Management System (LDMS), and Strategic Performance Information Management System (SPIMS). This list will be provided to the concerned Division or Branch for further analysis and recommendation.

Recruitment Matrix Generator (RMG)
The RMG is a facility to generate matrix of NAMRIA applicants' qualification information in MS Excel format for the Personnel Selection Board use. This is accessible to HRMS only.

Strategic Performance Information Management System (SPIMS)
The SPIMS automates the preparation of Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR), Division Performance Commitment and Review (DPCR), and Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR). It has a link to the Daily Journal Information System database for viewing individual daily accomplishments.

Online Leave Application (OLA)
TThe OLA is a facility that allows the online application and approval of leave of absence of employees.

Data Builder for Support Services Branch (DB-SSB)
The DB-SSB aims to provide a facility to store, view and share all types of data (document, spreadsheet, presentation, images) within SSB.

Knowledge Management System (KMS)
The KMS is an online system designed for the integration and transfer of knowledge among the NAMRIA officials and employees. This provides a facility for the uploading, viewing, and sharing of knowledge-based documents.

Human Resource Information System Report (HRIS Report)
The HRIS Report is an online essential tool system designed for generating various employee information. This provides a facility for various data analysis and evidence-based decision-making data.

User Access
This portal is exclusive to NAMRIA employees. To access the IS, employees should use their Active Directory or official email account. This is applicable to particular systems. (Please read the User Manual for each IS.) However, some IS require special access. This means that some employees may not be allowed to use them.

If you think you need special access to a specific IS, please contact the respective System Administrators at 8884-2853 (Direct) or 410 (Local).
User Manual
Each IS has a User Manual. It can be accessed from the landing page after you have logged in to the system. It is located at the left topmost corner of the page. Click “Manual” to download.

You may also access the user manuals from the KMS. Just logged in to the system and click Query > Knowledge Material Browser and enter “user manual” in the search box. Click Filter button and browse through the search results. Click the link in the Download column to get a copy of the manual.
Technical Support
There are System Administrators for each IS. If you encounter any problem in using the system, please contact the System Administrator at 8884-2853 (Direct) or 410 (Local). Mention the IS in problem so that you will be entertained by the assigned SA.

You may also request for enhancement or improvement of the IS. You need to make that request using the ICRMS. If you cannot use the ICRMS, you need to use the Internal Client Request form that is available at the NAMRIA Forms. Input “client” in the search box so you can see the NAMRIA-KS-Form01 Internal Client Request which you can click to download.
