The HRIS Add-on: Learning and Development Nomination List Generator will provide facility to generate the list of qualified employees, as initial nominees, for a training, scholarship or other L&D intervention based on the requirements specified in the invitation. The employees’ qualifications will be cross-checked from the HRIS database: Electronic Personal Data Sheet (ePDS), L&D Management System (LDMS), and Strategic Performance Information Management System (SPIMS). This list will be provided to the concerned Division or Branch for further analysis and recommendation.
