It records the targets and accomplishments of the agency, division and employees, and generates the Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR), Branch Performance Commitment and Review (BPCR), Division Performance Commitment and Review (DPCR), and Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) reports.
